As an authorised Somfy expert, we provide servicing and support for a wide range of Somfy products, including replacement motors, remotes and sensors. Please note, that we do not service or replace motors in folding arm awnings or operable roofing systems.

A call out fee of $240 inclusive of GST will be applicable to any visit made to your residence or office, covering a maximum on site duration of one hour. Any additional hours required will incur a further charge of $100 inclusive of GST per hour charged in 15-minute increments. These prices are based on the service works being competed by one technician. Fees are doubled for any service requiring two technicians.

We aim to streamline our service offering, and in most instances provide cost estimates prior to scheduling a site visit by identifying your issue in advance. This allows us to arrive prepared with replacement motos/parts and the intention to resolve your concerns during one visit. We cannot always guarantee this is possible, and further visits may be required after the initial visit.

How it works.

2. We'll review and contact you - A member of our service team will get in touch to confirm details.

3. On site visit/rectification - Once we have assessed, provided advice and in some cases a cost estimate, a date and time will be scheduled for one of our technicians to visit your home or office. ​​​​
